& Terms of Use as "Elite Travel"). By using
www.responsibletravelexperiences.com and/or any of our family of
Web sites (referred to as the "Site") owned, operated, licensed
or controlled by Elite Travel, you signify your agreement to the
following terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you
may not use this Site and you must exit this Site immediately.

and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the
entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject
matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing,
